Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags attached. If goods are returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you for an additional fee;

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Orders placed with a promotional code that discounts the order (other than our 10% Welcome Offer) are only eligible for credit or exchange;

SWIM

All swimwear must be tried on in underwear, the sanitary protection strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards cannot be returned;

We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure you can return items within the return period.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable and the cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer. eofir.com accepts no responsibility for non-delivery of a return. We recommend that you return your item(s) by registered mail or trackable postal services as returns remain the customer's responsibility until received by Shehops.com

Processing time for returns

We aim to process refunds daily, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and when it has been processed.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective product. Please contact our customer service team info@shehops.com  with your order number and pictures of the error and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
